  2. 1 cup basil
  3. 1/four cup capers
  4. 1 large lemon
  5. 2 cloves garlic
  6. half cup olive oil
  7. half of teaspoon chili flakes

Directions

Combine parsley, basil, capers, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes within the bowl of a food processor; pulse some instances. Pour olive oil in slowly, even as pulsing a few greater instances until uniform consistency but no longer a puree. Mix in salt.
