Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup peanut butter
  2. half cup vanilla protein powder
  3. 2 tablespoons natural maple syrup
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1/eight teaspoon salt
  6. half cup semisweet chocolate chips
  7. 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Directions

Line an 8 1/2×4 1/2 of-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on all aspects to make it clean to remove bars from the pan. Set aside.

Place peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a bowl and mix till well combined; press into the prepared pan

Place chocolate chips and oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir. Repeat till chips are absolutely melted when stirred. Pour over bars, easy chocolate. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Cut into eight bars.
