Ingredients

  1. 1 (18 ounce) tube prepared polenta
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons black truffle-infused olive oil
  3. 1 half teaspoon truffle zest seasoning (along with Sabatino® Truffle Zest)
  4. 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  5. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Preheat an air fryer to four hundred levels F (2 hundred levels C) according to producer’s commands. Line a baking sheet with paper towels; set apart.

Cut the tube of polenta in 1/2 widthwise. Cut every half in half lengthwise after which reduce into half of-inch extensive fry-shaped sticks.

Whisk truffle-infused olive oil and truffle zest in a bowl. Add fries and gently toss to coat.

Place fries within the basket of the air fryer in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, fries can also want to be cooked in batches.

Cook for 10 mins. Shake the basket and prepare dinner five minutes extra. Using tongs, switch fries to the prepared baking sheet. Garnish with Parmesan and chopped parsley.
