Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  2. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  3. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, which includes canola or avocado oil
  4. three tablespoons soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  6. 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  7. 2 teaspoons overwhelmed pink pepper flakes, or more to taste
  8. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  9. 1 1/4 kilos salmon filets, reduce into 1-inch cubes
  10. nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Combine balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, crimson pepper, and salt in a bowl and whisk nicely. Set aside half of of marinade for serving.

Add salmon to ultimate marinade within the bowl and toss lightly to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, and up to 4 hours.

Preheat the air fryer to four hundred degrees F (200 levels C) for two to a few minutes, or according to producer’s commands. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.

Add salmon in a single layer, cooking in batches if important, and cook dinner until salmon flakes effortlessly with a fork and is lightly browned and crisp round the rims, 6 to eight minutes. Serve drizzled with reserved sauce.
