Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  2. four ounces pasta
  3. 3 tablespoons butter
  4. 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  5. 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  6. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and pasta and cook dinner until pasta is soft with a chew, approximately 10 mins. Drain.

Return pasta to the pot; stir in butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese till creamy. Serve right now.
