Ingredients

  1. 1 bunch broccoli, reduce into large florets
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. three/four teaspoons kosher salt
  4. half teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  5. half teaspoon garlic powder
  6. four (6-ounce) salmon filets
  7. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  8. 2 tablespoons honey
  9. 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  10. 2 teaspoons Greek seasoning
  11. 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  12. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 tiers C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add broccoli to the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat and unfold in an excellent layer at the baking sheet. Create 4 areas in the broccoli for salmon filets and vicinity each filet in an empty area.

Combine Dijon, honey, and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl and stir nicely. Spread mustard aggregate over each salmon piece and sprinkle each piece flippantly with Greek seasoning.
