Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons paprika
  2. 1 tablespoon salt
  3. 2 teaspoons onion powder
  4. 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  5. 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  6. 1 ½ teaspoons ground white pepper
  7. 1 ½ teaspoons floor black pepper
  8. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  9. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  10. 4 (6 ounce) fillets red snapper
  11. 1 ½ cups butter, melted

Directions

Mix paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, white pepper, black pepper, thyme, and oregano collectively in a small bowl.

    Heat a large solid iron skillet over excessive warmth until extraordinarily hot, approximately 10 mins.

    Dip fish fillets into melted butter and sprinkle each fillet generously with seasoning combination.

    Place fish fillets inside the warm skillet and pour 1 tablespoon of butter over each fillet. Cook until coating on the bottom of fillet turns black, three to 5 mins. Turn fillets over and pour any other tablespoon of butter over each fillet; cook till fish flakes effortlessly with a fork, about 2 mins extra.
