Ingredients

  1. 1 ¾ cups all-reason flour
  2. ¾ cup sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  5. ½ teaspoon salt
  6. ½ cup vegetable oil
  7. ½ cup simple yogurt
  8. 1 large egg
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  10. 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  11. ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 levels F (175 tiers C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line cups with paper liners.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a huge bowl.

Mix oil, yogurt, egg, and vanilla together in a separate bowl till properly combined; stir into flour mixture until smooth. Gently fold in mashed bananas and chocolate chips. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling every 2/3 complete.

Bake in the preheated oven until tops spring lower back whilst lightly pressed, approximately 22 to twenty-five minutes. Cool briefly within the tin, then transfer to a cord rack to cool completely.
