Ingredients

  1. 1 (14 ounce) loaf French bread, reduce in 1/2 horizontally, then halved again vertically
  2. 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  3. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan-Romano cheese mixture
  5. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  6. 1/4 cup chopped chopped parsley

Directions

Preheat the oven’s broiler to Low. Place bread slices face up on a baking sheet; brush melted butter over tops.

Divide garlic powder, Parmesan mixture, and mozzarella calmly between slices, in that order.

Place baking sheet at the center rack. Broil on low until golden and bubbly, approximately 9 mins. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
