Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package tri-coloured pasta collection
- 2 big tomatoes, diced
- 1 massive cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 pink onion, finely chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-fashion salad dressing
Directions
Bring a huge pot of gently salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 mins; drain and rinse in bloodless water.
Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, cooled pasta and Italian dressing in a big bowl; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate the salad for as a minimum 1 hour to in a single day.
