- 2 cups wheat berries
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt, or to flavor
Directions
Turn on a multi-practical stress cooker (which include Instant Pot). Add water and wheat berries; stir once. Close and lock the lid. Select Manual pressure according to the producer’s instructions and set the timer for 27 minutes. Allow 10 to fifteen minutes for stress to build.
Release stress the usage of the natural-launch method in line with the producer’s instructions, about 10 minutes, then switch to the short-release technique, approximately 5 minutes. Unlock and put off the lid.
Drain wheat berries and mix in salt.
