Ingredients

  2. 3 medium onions, finely chopped
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  5. 1 tablespoon minced sparkling ginger
  6. 1/four cup warm water
  7. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  8. 1 teaspoon floor coriander
  9. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  10. half teaspoon ground turmeric
  11. 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  12. 2 green chiles, halved lengthways (Optional)
  13. 2 skinless, boneless chook breast halves, cubed
  14. 1 teaspoon curry paste, along with Patak’s
  15. 1/four cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

Directions

Heat oil in a nonstick pan over excessive heat. Add onion and salt; cook and stir till onion has softened, about 5 minutes.
