  1. 4 huge inexperienced tomatoes
  2. 2 eggs
  3. ½ cup milk
  4. 1 cup all-reason flour
  5. ½ cup cornmeal
  6. ½ cup bread crumbs
  7. 2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt

Whisk eggs and milk collectively in a medium-sized bowl. Scoop flour onto a plate. Mix cornmeal, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper on some other plate. Dip tomatoes into flour to coat. Then dip tomatoes into milk and egg combination; dredge in breadcrumbs to absolutely coat.

Heat oil in a big deep skillet to 375 levels F (190 levels C). Place tomatoes in warm oil in batches of 4 or 5, to save you them from touching; fry until crisp and golden brown on one aspect, then flip and fry on different side.
