  1. 1 half kilos boneless skinless bird breast, cut into 1-inch pieces

  6. 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger

Place chook portions in a bowl. Sprinkle with cornstarch, salt, and white pepper. Toss hen to coat lightly and set apart.
