  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1 pound sparkling chorizo
  4. 1 yellow onion, chopped
  5. 12 eggs
  6. 3 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
  7. 1 half of cups bitter cream, divided
  8. 1 cup whole milk
  9. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  10. half teaspoon ground pepper
  11. 1 cup chopped green onions
  12. 1 avocado, sliced
  13. half of cup pickled jalapeños (optionally available)

Gather all components.

    Ingredients for a casserole.
