- 1 quart vegetable oil, divided, for frying
- 1 pound floor red meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 10 flour tortillas
- 1/four cup salsa con queso, divided, or to taste (elective)
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Directions
