Ingredients

  1. 1 quart vegetable oil, divided, for frying
  2. 1 pound floor red meat
  3. 1 onion, chopped
  4. 1 clove garlic, minced
  5. 1 packet taco seasoning
  6. 10 flour tortillas
  7. 1/four cup salsa con queso, divided, or to taste (elective)
  8. 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Directions
