- 1 (eight ounce) package egg noodles
- 1 pound floor red meat
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can fat-loose condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder, or to taste
- ½ cup sour cream
- salt and ground black pepper to flavor

Sauté ground beef in a large skillet over medium warmness until browned and crumbly; five to 10 mins.

Meanwhile, fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil till gentle but company to the chunk, 7 to nine mins. Drain and set apart.
Drain and discard any fats from the cooked beef. Stir condensed soup and garlic powder into the pork. Simmer for 10 mins, stirring every so often.

Remove pork from the heat. Add egg noodles and stir to mix. Stir in bitter cream and season with salt and pepper.
