Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons more-virgin olive oil
  2. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or rosé vinegar
  3. 3/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  5. 1 1/2 cups purple cherry tomatoes, halved
  6. 1 1/2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
  7. 1 (5-ounce package deal) arugula
  8. three/four cup fresh basil leaves
  9. 2 nectarines, sliced
  10. 1 large white peach, sliced
  11. 1 cup Rainier or different yellow-flesh cherries, pitted and halved
  12. half teaspoon flaky sea salt

Directions

Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl for the dressing.

Arrange tomatoes, arugula, basil, nectarines, and peach slices on a massive platter. Drizzle with half the dressing. Top with cherries, sea salt, and closing dressing. Serve immediately.
