Ingredients

  1. 2 (14.Five ounce) cans chook broth
  2. 1 (15 ounce) can complete kernel corn, drained
  3. 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  4. 2 (five ounce) cans chicken breast chunks, tired
  5. 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (together with RO*TEL®)
  6. ½ teaspoon chili powder
  7. ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
  8. ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  9. 1 (three.Five ounce) package tortilla strips, for garnish
  10. 2 tablespoons shredded Mexican cheese mixture, or to flavor

Directions

Pour chicken broth, corn, black beans, chew chook, tomatoes with inexperienced chilies (with their juices), chili powder, seasoning salt, and garlic powder collectively in a multi-practical strain cooker (inclusive of Instant Pot®); stir to combine.

Close and lock the lid. Select high stress according to producer’s instructions; set timer for 5 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 mins for pressure to build.

Release pressure cautiously using the fast-launch method according to manufacturer’s commands, about 5 mins. Unlock and carefully open the lid.

Ladle the soup into serving bowls and top with tortilla strips, and shredded cheese, to taste.
