Ingredients

  1. ½ cup ancho chile powder
  2. ¼ cup white sugar
  3. ¼ cup brown sugar
  4. ¼ cup salt
  5. 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
  6. 1 tablespoon floor cumin
  7. 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  8. 1 teaspoon floor cayenne pepper
  9. ½ teaspoon ground dried chipotle pepper
  10. 1 rack infant again pork ribs
  11. 1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

Gather substances and preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (one hundred twenty levels C).

    All substances collected in numerous bowls and rack of ribs on a baking sheet
    Mix ancho chile powder, white and brown sugars, salt, black pepper, cumin, dry mustard, cayenne, and chipotle pepper in a small bowl until mixed.

    Place rib rack, meat-facet down, on heavy-obligation aluminum foil. Prick again of the rack several times with a knife. Generously practice a coating of dry rub to all facets of the rack. Store any last dry rub in an airtight box for future use.
