Ingredients

  2. 1 half pounds frozen fowl nuggets, which includes Just Bare™ Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Bites, slightly thawed
  3. eight big eggs
  4. 1 1/3 cups half of-and-half
  5. 2 tablespoons maple syrup, plus more for serving
  6. half teaspoon kosher salt
  7. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  8. four tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
