  1. 1 (6 pound) pork butt roast
  2. 1 ½ tablespoons salt

  7. ½ teaspoon paprika

  9. 1 cup orange juice
  10. 1 onion, coarsely chopped

Trim extra fats from red meat butt; reduce red meat into 2-inch cubes and transfer to a large bowl.

Place lid at the strain cooker and lock; carry to complete pressure over medium heat till beef is not crimson in the center, approximately 60 mins. Let pressure come down obviously, approximately 15 mins.

Cooked in strain cooker until middle is now not red.

Remove beef from the pressure cooker and shred meat.
