Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon finely minced fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced clean parsley
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon minced sparkling thyme or rosemary
- half of teaspoon finely floor crimson salt, or to taste
- 1/four teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- four (6 ounce) cod filets
- 2 lemons, each cut into eight skinny slices
- 1 tablespoon greater virgin olive oil
- four sprigs sparkling parsley for garnish (non-obligatory)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 stages F (two hundred tiers C).
Place softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, and thyme or rosemary on a reducing board. Using a pointy knife, cut herbs and garlic into every different and the butter, reducing and combining as you move. Add crimson salt, black pepper, and paprika, and blend till properly mixed.
