Ingredients

  1. 1 big white onion
  2. three/4 pound ground pork round
  3. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  4. half teaspoon freshly floor black pepper
  5. four slices American cheese, cut into thirds
  6. 1/four cup mayonnaise
  7. 1 tablespoon ketchup
  8. 1 teaspoon mustard
  9. 1 tablespoon candy pickle delight in

Directions

Cut four half of -inch thick slices from the center part of the onion and discard the smaller ends for some other use. Divide pork into 4 portions and form each portion into a completely thin patty. Season patties with salt and pepper.

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high warmth. Working in batches, add 2 onion slices to the pan and cook dinner, undisturbed, about 2 mins. Add 2 patties and keep to cook till golden brown, 2 to a few minutes. Flip onion and burger patties and preserve to prepare dinner till golden brown urgent the burger as it chefs.

    Add 2 cheese slices to the pinnacle of 1 onion slice and both burger patties. Place one burger at the cheese-topped onion slice and pinnacle with the second one burger patty. Place ultimate onion slice over burger and press down. Flip burger and cook 1 to 2 more minutes. Remove from
