Ingredients

  1. 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  2. 3 cups half of-and-half
  3. ¾ cup white sugar
  4. ½ cup all-motive flour
  5. 2 large eggs, beaten
  6. ¼ teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
  9. 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Gather all ingredients.

    All components collected in separate bowls

    Preheat the oven to 350 ranges F (one hundred seventy five levels C). Spread coconut on a baking sheet.
