Ingredients

  1. 1 pound quick pasta, consisting of mini bowtie pasta
  2. 10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, divided
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  4. 2 cups chopped refrigerated dill pickles, plus 1/3 cup pickle brine, divided
  5. 2 tablespoons chopped sparkling dill, plus greater for garnish
  6. 1 cup 1/4-inch diced sharp Cheddar cheese
  7. 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  8. 2/three cup bitter cream
  9. 1 teaspoon freshly floor black pepper
  10. 1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions
