- 1 pound quick pasta, consisting of mini bowtie pasta
- 10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 cups chopped refrigerated dill pickles, plus 1/3 cup pickle brine, divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped sparkling dill, plus greater for garnish
- 1 cup 1/4-inch diced sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2/three cup bitter cream
- 1 teaspoon freshly floor black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
